This comes from an idea I had for a story. The idea is that in the future, there are hunter gathers living in a huge forest. The giant wall is actually one of two walls. Some people who came before the hunter gatherers carved an enormous chasm for an unknown purpose. It went to ruin and a huge forest grew there. My friend Marlene wanted a painting so I gave her this one. She moved to San Francisco and I wonder if she still has it.
